On Friday, April 24, Ulfsunda Slott invites you to an evening that doesn’t want to end. Together with the acclaimed champagne house HATT et SÖNER, we create a festive, warm, and lively castle experience where bubbles, flavors, and people come together.

This is not just a tasting. It’s a full castle evening that flows into the night and concludes with a long breakfast the following morning. A staycation you can step straight into – just minutes from the city, far from everyday life.

When Champagne Meets the Castle
HATT et SÖNER, in collaboration with Ulfsunda Castle, welcomes you to a unique champagne tasting focused on craftsmanship and character.

During the tasting, you’ll be introduced to HATT et SÖNER’s champagnes and the philosophy behind the house, which creates cuvées with a clear identity rooted at the intersection of sky, earth, and human touch.

The tasting features a carefully curated selection of the house’s cuvées, all made from Premier Cru and Grand Cru Chardonnay from Côte des Blancs, demonstrating how precision, patience, and generations of craftsmanship result in world-class wines.

The Evening
15:00 – Check-in: Leave your everyday behind and settle into your room before the champagne tasting begins.
15:30 – Sabrage on the castle balcony: Toast together and let the bubbles lead the way down to the wine cellar for the tasting.
19:00 – Pre-dinner drink
19:30 – Four-course dinner with wine pairing: Served at communal tables where conversations continue and the evening unfolds.
When dinner concludes, the evening continues. Settle by the open fireplace in the wine bar, let time slow down, and enjoy lingering conversations and bubbles.
